Oarsman cocktail: The Kalamazoo 85

Kalamazoo 85

This beer cocktail is a play on the French 75, one of our favorite classic cocktails. It' easy to make and really refreshing. We used Jefferson’s Small Batch but any bourbon will work.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Bourbon
• .5 oz Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur
• 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon juice
• 1/4 oz Simple syrup
• Oarsman

Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with Oarsman and Garnish with a lemon twist.
