A take on a modern Gose, Lemon-Lime Flamingo Fruit Fight is kettle soured with Lactobacillus (lacto for short) brewed with traditional (coriander, salt and wheat malt) and non-traditional (lemon and lime zest) ingredients. The addition of fruit compliments the spiciness and tartness.
